Hotel Stay Guidelines

Thank you for choosing our hotel. To ensure a comfortable and premium experience for all our guests, please review the following guidelines.

Check-in & Check-out

  • Check-in time: After 15:00 | Check-out time: Before 11:00
  • 24-hour front desk service available for check-in and check-out
  • Luggage storage: Complimentary luggage storage is available before check-in and after check-out
  • Early check-in & late check-out: NT$500 per hour (charged as one full hour if less than an hour); subject to room availability, not guaranteed
  • Identification required: A valid physical ID or passport must be presented at check-in for verification. Failure to do so may result in refusal of accommodation without refund
  • Room assignment: Room photos are for reference only. The actual floor and interior layout are subject to availability, and we are unable to accommodate specific floor or room number requests

Parking Information

  • The hotel provides an indoor parking facility with a height limit of 1.9 meters
  • One parking space per room, available on a first-come, first-served basis (reservations are not accepted)
  • Free parking period: From 12:00 noon on check-in day to 12:00 noon on check-out day

Guest Room Policies

  • No smoking policy: Smoking is strictly prohibited in all rooms and public areas. A cleaning fee of NT$3,000 – NT$6,000 will be charged for violations
  • Extra guest charges:
    • Children aged 0-5 (inclusive): Stay free of charge
    • Children aged 6 and above: NT$900 per night
  • Room amenities & environmental policy:
    • To support sustainability, bed linens, duvets, and pillowcases will not be changed daily unless requested
    • All room types feature windows but do not have bathtubs. Extra beds or bed type modifications are not available
    • The use of high-power electrical appliances not provided by the hotel is strictly prohibited
    • Disposable slippers should not be worn in the bathroom or on wet surfaces for safety reasons
  • Liability for damages: Guests are responsible for any damage or stains caused to hotel facilities or items due to negligence or misconduct and may be required to compensate accordingly

Additional Policies

  • Hot Spring Facilities:
    • Advance reservation is required
    • Exclusively available to female guests aged 12 and above
    • Closed every Monday for maintenance
  • Pet Policy:
    • Pets are not allowed in the hotel (except for guide dogs)
  • Sustainability & Safety:
    • Disposable tableware and sharp or hazardous items (such as fruit knives, box cutters, lighters, etc.) are not provided
    • Illegal activities and inappropriate entertainment (such as drug use or gambling) are strictly prohibited
    • Visitor Policy: No visitors are allowed after 22:00. Please keep noise levels to a minimum
  • Bicycle Storage: Dedicated bicycle parking is available. Bicycles must be packed in a bag or box to be brought into guest rooms
  • Parcel Collection: The hotel can only receive prepaid parcels during the guest’s stay and must be notified in advance
  • Baby amenities: Baby cribs, bathtubs, and bed rails are available upon request (subject to availability). Baby bottle sterilizers are not provided
  • Self-Service Laundry: A 24-hour coin-operated washer and dryer is available on the rooftop. The front desk offers coin exchange services
